ARE YOU AGELESS?! -YOUR BODY’S REGENERATION SCHEDULE *PART 2

Of course we know that eating healthy foods and taking care of ourselves is important to staying healthy and young, but just as important for the best health is maintaining a healthy state of mind. *Dr. Candace Pert, a Ph.D. in cellular biology and biophysics has indisputably established that emotions and the body are neurologically linked. She explains that there is a chemical expression for every emotion we have. In very simple terms, if you think negative thoughts you release toxic chemicals that harm your body and inhibit your normal regenerative process. If you think positive thoughts and you are happy, you release “happy” chemicals that sustain & nourish your whole system.

Here’s the big question; Why then if a persons liver is diseased in August that it would still be diseased in January? According to the body regeneration schedule the liver should be healthy with new regenerative cells before January. Here is what the researchers and scientists are clarifying.
**Dr. Deepak Chopra explains that we all have “phantom memories” held within our cells or as some other scientists call it cellular memory. What he means is that inside every cell we hold memories, negative or positive. When a cell holding a traumatic memory is ready to die it passes on its degenerative memory to the next generation being created. So the new cell becomes an exact replica of the old cell containing the distressing memory.
What Dr. Chopra discovered in his many years of research and thousands of case studies of successful survivors who have healed themselves of serious and terminal diseases, was that they all found a way to connect with their body’s higher intelligence and were able to resolve and let go of traumatic cellular memory. When this was accomplished the degenerative memory was not passed on to the new cellular generation. The newly born cells were now healthy regenerative cells.
Again, this is fantastic news! This again proves that we have a choice to begin to heal and live a better and happier life! So ask your self, do I have the will and the courage to face my traumas and my fears? Do I really want to change my life and myself? If yes, then complementary holistic healing modalities helps you to make these necessary changes in mind, body & spirit. This leads me to discuss what epi-genetics is.

The Healing Power of Being Present!

Along with intention, simply being present and mindful may be the most deeply transformative practice freely available to you as a self-healer. Having this awareness helps you become more present but more importantly it connects you to your innate wisdom. Below are some simple steps to guide you into a mindful meditation.

Step one: Let go of thoughts and just be.

Step two: Bring awareness into any part of your body that ails you or to a place in your life that needs more balance.

Step three: Take several slow deep breaths while being present.

Step four: See and listen to what comes up for you.

Step five: Let go of any judgments concerning what comes up for you.

Step six: Let go of any attachments to the outcome.

You are now balancing and healing yourself or any situation you become present with. You are connecting with wisdom, compassion, mind flexibility, empathy, self-understanding, awareness of your own body and pausing before you act. The more you practice this technique the more you will easily adapt it into your daily routine. Mindfulness is not just a state of mind but a way of being.

Your Brain On Meditation

DID YOU KNOW that the positive effects of meditation become embedded in your brain and you continue to receive these beneficial and measurable changes?

“Although the practice of meditation is associated with a sense of peacefulness and physical relaxation, practitioners have long claimed that meditation also provides cognitive and psychological benefits that persist throughout the day,” says study senior author Sara Lazar of the MGH Psychiatric Neuroimaging Research Program and a Harvard Medical School instructor in psychology. “This study demonstrates that changes in brain structure may underlie some of these reported improvements and that people are not just feeling better because they are spending time relaxing.”

Imagine how calm and centered you can stay in stressful situations after practicing meditation at home or in a group workshop. Studies that have been done on people who practice meditation verses people who do not practice meditation show differences in the brain regions connected with emotional integration and areas associated with attention. These studies also suggest that the longer-term meditation practices create a deeper and more significant improvement in your brain.

Who doesn't want less anxiety and stress in their life? Start now and reap the benefits in your personal life and in your Family life. Choose the meditation technique you connect with and take 20 minutes a day to become mindful and bring awareness in your schedule. It takes practice so do not get discouraged. You are creating a new, healthy habit in your life that will bring you an inner peace you cannot find anywhere else. A new and happy you.

Positive Thinking That Creates Change In Your World

Effective POSITIVE THINKING that brings results is much more than just repeating a few POSITIVE words, or telling yourself that everything is going to be all right. It has to be your predominant mental ATTITUDE. It is not enough to THINK positively for a few moments, and then letting fears and lack of belief enter your MIND. Some effort and INNER work are necessary.

*Are you willing to make a real inner change?
*Are you willing to change the way you think?
*Are you willing to change your personal world?

HOW?
1. Practice using positive words when you speak. It will become a new way of thinking.

2. Allow yourself to feel happy, strong and empowered. You have unique strengths that no one else has.

3. When negative thoughts arise have fun substituting them with constructive positive thoughts.

4. Spend time with happy positive people. Joy and happiness are contagious.

5. Watch less scary or violent movies and watch more happy themes that make you feel good inside.

6. Try to engage in a physical activity. This releases stress and clears the mind.

7. Practice meditation to bring in balance, calmness and strength into your being.

8. Read inspiring stories and share them with your Family and friends.
